Preliminary Results as of 8:10 p.m.

 THE FIRST SHOT AT PRELIMINARY RESULTS

OK, folks.  Here's the first pass at the preliminary results of the local elections.  Theoretically, these represent the absentee ballots, or at least most of them.  The Registrar's office will update these every half hour or so.  I'm not going to try to keep up with that schedule, will pay attention to it and update when I feel like it.
