Saw your headline. What is a "captial?"
It's a "haste-makes-waste", running-out-the-door-without-proofreading-your-work word. Thanks for the catch... ;-)
Thank you for sharing this information on your blog. Once again, you are the source of timely, factual information that I don't seem to get anywhere else! I expected our city dollars that are paying for our own expensive private spokesman would be the source of these kind of updates, but I think you are doing a superior job.
Dear Friendly Neighbor,
Thanks. Not only are you kind but perceptive, too. ;-)
We (that's the "royal we") do our best. So many issues, so many balls in the air. One almost needs to be an octopus to juggle this stuff. Glad it helps you.
"Drive Safely?" Ho-boy... Here's an idea: For a sign at the city limit they contact the folks in Santa Ana (or Irvine or whatver the border city is) and ask them if they'll pay for 50% of the sign if we put "Welcome to Santa Ana" (or Irvine, etc.) on the back of ours.
Rush is fantastic!
