Residents Turn Out To Support Public Safety
CM4RG HOSTS RALLY
Last night, before the Costa Mesa City Council open session began, several dozen residents turned out in front of City Hall for a rally launched by Costa Mesans For Responsible Government (CM4RG) to show support for Costa Mesa's public safety staff.
A GOOD TURNOUT
I counted seventy people at one time, while other reports of the numbers varied. In the shadow of the flag at City Hall flying at half-staff, cars honked, drivers and passengers called out support and the demonstrators cheered.
THE PICTURES
Without further comment I'll let these photos I took tell you the story.

Why would old Kent be filming it? I thought they already had Barry?
Mike, your guess is as good as mine. He's a nut job.
Maybe they didn't want to miss any angle, and to put faces to names for their current list of rabble rousers, oh, I mean, haters.
Mike - that is exactly what Kent was doing at rally! The RIGmeister wants those names and faces! He'd sue the citizens of Costa Mesa if he could. He is soooo done next November!
Thank you, Geoff for the great photos and writeup of our rally. It was a great success with a big turnout and lots of community support from the drivers honking their horns in agreement with us.
I saw Kent there back in the shadows filming us - very stalker like, very creepy.
Our community stands behind our great public service employees. We appreciate the sacrifices they make to serve our city.
Mora's video is on YouTube, along with text that somehow tries to turn this into a "union" issue. I guess their best defense for everything is to try to discredit anyone who disagrees with them as being union supporters.
