Short Planning Commission Meeting Expected

EARNING THE BIG BUCKS
In a few hours the Costa Mesa Planning Commission, led by Mr. Dynamic himself, Chairman Jim Fitzpatrick,  will meet in City Council Chambers at City Hall beginning at 6:00 p.m. for their first scheduled meeting of October.  It is anticipated that this will be a short meeting.  You can read the entire agenda HERE.

MID-RISE STRUCTURES AND PARKING
There are two Public Hearings, HERE and HERE, both of which deal with the same project - the two multi-story residential/office structures and related parking structures at 585 and 595 Anton Blvd.  A two year extension is being requested for these projects.  The two staff reports combined total more than 400 pages. No, I don't think we'll be going over every word later tonight.  I'll report on the meeting later.
